Property Access

12-hour exclusive access to the property on your wedding day for setup, celebration, and cleanup
(All events and music must conclude by 10:00 PM)

• Use of our charming 1,200 sq. ft. barn, featuring overhead lighting and a handicap-accessible restroom

• Caterer-friendly amenities, including ample counter space and a refrigerator

• Climate-controlled bridal suite for preparation, relaxation, and comfort

Tables & Chairs

Seating for up to 75 guests for both the ceremony and reception

Set up and breakdown of all tables and chairs provided by our staff

Complimentary use of our furniture inventory, including:

• 75 white resin chairs (ceremony)

• 75 white resin chairs (reception)

• 10 round tables (72”) with white tablecloths

• 2 rectangular tables (8’) with white tablecloths

• 2 rectangular tables (6’)

Rehearsal

• 1-hour rehearsal included, scheduled one week prior to the wedding

• Rehearsal time slot confirmed 60 days before your event

• Optional 6-hour Rehearsal Dinner & Setup Package available for the day before your wedding

Photography Sessions

• Freedom to choose your own vendors or select from our list of trusted partners

• Beer and wine service permitted (must be served by a professional bartender with NC TiPS training)

• Certified professional event coordinator required (recommendations available upon request)

• Event insurance is required for all weddings
