Event Packages
Our event package is designed for those smaller and less complicated events - anything from birthday parties, anniversary parties, bridal showers, celebration of life, or business events.
This package is NOT for weddings or wedding receptions, as weddings are a much more complex event. Additional time added to the package is not allowed.
Event Package Overview
Property Access
• 4-hour access to the property on your event day for setup, celebration, and cleanup (additional time can be purchased)
• Use of our charming 1,200 sq. ft. barn, featuring overhead lighting and a handicap-accessible restroom
• Caterer-friendly amenities, including ample counter space and a refrigerator
Tables & Chairs
Seating for up to 75 guests for both the ceremony and reception
Set up and breakdown of all tables and chairs provided by our staff
Complimentary use of our furniture inventory, including:
75 white resin chairs
10 round tables (72”) with white tablecloths
2 rectangular tables (8’) with white tablecloths
2 rectangular tables (6’)

Friday - Sunday: $600
Monday–Thursday: $500
Additional time: $100 per hour
